Dodgy sign and wobbly light - Reported

 

 🪧 The metal sign has been pointlessly existing for sometime. It serves no purpose, as it includes no info and therefore needs removing. 

🫢 I worry that someone could fall and catch themselves and thus, make a claim against the Council .... who we know don't have any 💷 money at the mo❗️ 

💡 As for the light (PCC12), its been off balance for a few weeks and is therefore not serving its main purpose proficiently. 

Given that lights have been dimmed, we do at least need them to be working properly. Hence it needs fixing.

Whilst the introduction of Vehicle Activated Signs along Gunthorpe Road, Gunthorpe, was a step in the right direction, the fact they've no capacity to store relevant data i.e. times/dates of speeding and then collate the info means, they're essentially a flashing light!

👎🏿 In places like #Paston, the cycle path is lacking signage, a smooth surface and clear indication as to which side is for cycle and which side is for pedestrians.

👍🏼 Conversely the road adjacent, #PastonRidings has several clear road markings, safety chicanes and speed bumps, I'd estimate between £30-£100k worth of improvements.
